Here’s the tiny ritual I’m doing today:

1. Hand on heart.

2. Take a slow inhale (and let your shoulders drop).

3. With your finger, trace a tiny ⭐ (or 🌙) on your wrist.

4. Whisper three times:

“Aligned paths find me.
Misaligned energy dissolves.”

By starlight, it is done. ⭐
